My Current Routine (Fat Loss/Recomp)
Visual Goal: Lower my body fat percent (ideally back down to 16%), maintain muscle and acquire myself abs of steel
Fitness Goal:
Endurance: Run a 5K non stop
Flexibility: Do the splits
Strength: Do crow pose, bench 0.9x body weight, chin up 1.1x body weight, squat 1.5x body weight, deadlift 1.8x body weight
Macros:
Protein: 89-133g
Fats: 50g
Carbs: No minimum
General diet:
- pescetarian
- 80% healthy, whole foods & 20% whatever fits into my macros
Since I’m currently working on losing fat, or ‘cutting’, I’m carb cycling/on low carb.
Exercise:
Weights 3-4x a week, Yoga/stretching daily, cardio if I feel like it
